At Better Natural Treats, we’re proud to dispatch most orders the same day. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original, sealed packaging

Items must be in resellable condition
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used treat products.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened treat bags

Perishable goods

Items that have been tampered with

Products not in their original packaging
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
