Shipping

At Better Natural Treats, we’re proud to dispatch most orders the same day.

Delivery Options

Standard delivery is £3.95, or free on orders over £15.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 (2 working days) or Parcelforce 24 (next working day), depending on parcel size and weight. You do not need to select a service at checkout — we’ll choose the most appropriate option for your order.

Delivery Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be included where available.


Returns

30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be unopened
  • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging
  • Items must be in resellable condition

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used treat products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened treat bags
  • Perishable goods
  • Items that have been tampered with
  • Products not in their original packaging

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
